How I am Staying Healthy

Recently, Brian and I have both decided that we need to change up our eating habits. We’ve never been the couple that has eaten that healthy. We starting talking the other night and decided we wanted to switch things up. I have been wanting to change up my diet, but never really had the courage to go for it. And now that Brian is on board too, I feel more motivated to change.

We aren’t following any strict diet. Basically, we are working out 5-7 times a week either together or separately. Brian has been going for runs each morning and I have been loving doing my HIIT workouts each day. I do my workouts at home via the Classpass App. On the weekends, is usually when we go on a run or long walk together. And for our diet, we’ve cut out the majority of carbs, no desserts and have one cheat day a week. So far, this has really worked for us!
