I’m so sorry for my absence here. I got into a bad car accident about a week ago now. I ended up breaking my arm and had to have surgery. But, now that I’m back on the mend I wanted to share some of my favorite Netflix shows and what to do in all of this spare time at home.
COVID -19 and #socialdistancing is a big stress and worry for everyone right now. I want you all to know that we are all in this together! I hope that you all know I am here to help in any way I can. Feel free to send me messages or emails with anything you would like to see here on the blog.
I am going to do my best to share light-hearted and helpful things. I don’t want you all to feel any pressure to buy anything right now because there are a lot of financial uncertunities. So, please don’t think you have to. However, I will still be sharing items I’m loving.

Several gyms and studios are offering online classes right now. Classpass has a bunch, as well as Solidcore.
This isn’t at the top of my list. However, since all of this happened I need lots to fill my time.
This is always a good idea and helps me feel a lot better when I am stressed. Plus, I am always needing to get rid of clothes, etc.

I know when I start to feel better this is going to be my new daily ritual to get out of the house. Brian and I used to have bikes, which is also a good idea. I think any fresh air/vitamin D is a necessity for us all right now.
