Classpass – Is it worth it?

At the beginning of the year I decided I wanted to change some things up about my workout routine. I was feeling a little bit in a rut and doing the same workout routine each week, was getting a little boring. So, I decided, to try out Classpass. Before, I go any further, this is not a paid or sponsored post. I am sharing my honest thoughts about Classpass and how it works.

I went ahead and signed up for my free month trial to give it a shot. Hoping it would help me feel a little more motivated to get my butt in the gym. I had been wanting to incorporate more cardio into my weekly routine, but honestly couldn’t really afford the added cost. After looking into other options, I decided on Classpass. Which would allow me to try out all sorts of workouts and studios for one fee ($59 a month)!

HOW CLASSPASS WORKS:

  1. It’s a monthly membership. You can pick the plan you are interested in based on how many times a week you want to workout.
  2. Pick from 30,000 fitness studios and gyms across the world — this will come in handy when traveling!
  3. Every month you get credits to book your classes
  4. Each class is worth different credit amounts
  5. Invite your friends to join you and earn credits
  6. Build a solid workout routine that makes you happy to workout!

I am so happy I decided to give Classpass a try. It has allowed me to try lots of different workouts without the added expense. Currently, I am rotating between Solidcore, a Classic Pilates style class (switch this one up weekly) and Tread Barre. This current routine is allowing me to get more cardio in, which I need, while keeping my favorite strength training workout.

Honestly, I have been feeling so much better about my body and more confident even (hence the cropped tee). I am a firm believer in trying different workouts until you find the one that works for you. You need to check out Classpass too! I know there are several other similar options out there too, including, Studio Hop Fit (only in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City and Tulsa), which I have heard great reviews on as well.

Have you ever considered trying out Classpass or something similar? Let me know your thoughts below.

  1. Oh wow! I have been wanting to do yoga and some sort of strength training at home. This sounds perfect – I need to try it out!

  2. Oh my gosh this literally makes me so happy! You’re the second person I’ve heard talking about the ClassPass and I had no clue it even existed before! I love my cardio workouts but I’ve also been wanting to get some barre time in as well so this will be perfect for me!

  3. I had a Classpass membership for a little while a few years ago and really enjoyed it – though I know I never got to truly utilize it to its full potential. It’s too bad! I know that it’s RAVED about – and I can see why. It’s awesome for people who want to be constantly active and try new classes!

  4. I had a membership years ago when I still lived in the city – i really loved it! now that we’re out in the boonies, the options just aren’t as awesome, sadly.
