My Favorite Go-To Looks

We all have those looks that we chose when we are in a rut or just not feeling like being adventurous. I know I have several items in my closet that I pick out on a weekly basis. Usually, when I have no idea what to wear, I grab a pair of jeans and a top that I know I love.

Today’s post is all about the items. The ones I have been reaching for the most. Something that makes me feel put together, cute and effortless.

P.S. Without even noticing I have put together a post with all my favorite Amazon tops! That was totally unintentional, but shows you that I have been purchasing A LOT from Amazon. Also, the majority of these tops are black — when in doubt black is always a good idea.

Every time I wear this sweater I get compliments on it. I’ll say that I had really low expectations of this top, just because I didn’t know how I would like the cut out shoulder. Now that I have it, and wear it all the time, I will say that cut out detail in my favorite part of the top!

These boots were made for Marfa! I brought them with me on our trip and it was comical trying to transport them from place to place since they didn’t fit in my luggage! I can’t even put this post together without including one of my favorite sweaters. This sweater was something that was sent to me, but as soon as I tried it on I fell in love with the fit and style. It is easy to wear and even easier to style. I have paired it with work pants for the office, here with jeans and boots and have even dressed it up for date night. It is one of those pieces that you can wear with everything!

This sparkly top is a great option to dress up or down. It is also super soft and cozy. You can easily pair this top with leggings as well because it is long enough to cover your bum!
