I always love putting together this post of memories from the last year. It gives me the opportunity to look back on the best moments with the best people! 2019 was a great year with lots of ups and some major downs as well. I am looking forward to 2020 and hopefully a lot more adventures with the people I love. I’ll have a post up soon outlining some of my goals for 2020, so stay tuned.
P.S. I also wanted to mention how appreciative I am of all of you that follow along here and read my posts. It means the world to me that you take time out of your day to check out my site!
Here’s to 2020! Let’s make it a great year! – Nataly

JANUARY
We started off 2019 with a bang in HHI. My husband and I’s favorite spot. It was a major reality check having to come back to Dallas, but I am glad we were able to start off the year on the right foot.
FEBRUARY
February was a slow month. My mom came into town to visit at the beginning of the month, we celebrated Valentine’s Day and then we just relaxed.
MARCH
The first weekend in March we celebrated our sweet friends wedding in Richardson. It was so much fun because we got to see a lot of Brian’s old high school friends and I even got to meet some of them that I’ve never met.

APRIL
I headed to South Texas to meet some Texas blogger babes that I’ve never met before, but have communicated online with for a while. It was a fun weekend meeting new bloggers from Austin and Houston. And it was a great opportunity for me personally because it was the first time I had driven 6+ hours in the car by myself in a long time.

MAY
May is always a busy month for Brian and I. So, we started off the month in Memphis to celebrate our 6th anniversary. After we returned I celebrated my birthday with a brunch and some of my favorite blogger friends.
JUNE
After the high of May we took a much needed break from all the activities to just have some down time. We celebrated my step-moms birthday as well as Father’s Day with my family.

JULY
Brian and I traveled to Weatherford at the beginning of July to visit his Aunt and Uncle who have a river house on the Brazos River. It was a nice relaxing weekend free of Dallas!

AUGUST
At the beginning of the month we celebrated Brian’s 37th birthday with an overnight stay-cation in Dallas. My sister also flew into town for a quick visit. I also took an overnight trip to Denton with some girls to celebrate a friend of ours who was getting married.

SEPTEMBER
Every year we try to make it to the State Fair and this year was no exception. This time I got to go with some of my favorite blogger gals. I got my corny dog, tornado potatoes, and of course lemonade. I am now set, until next year of course!

OCTOBER
October was another fun month because we got to travel to Colorado for a week to visit my family as well as Brian’s. We drove which allowed us to truly enjoy the scenery and everything Colorado has to offer.
NOVEMBER
November was another slow month. I didn’t do much and ended up coming down with a nasty upper respiratory infection over Thanksgiving break, so the holiday didn’t feel the same this year. But, I am glad I am finally feeling better. Although, I do still have a cough.

DECEMBER
I took a girls trip to Marfa at the beginning of December and it was a blast. After our trip, it was non-stop until Christmas. My sister and her family came into town again for a week this time. We also spent some time with Brian’s family as well. To finish off December we traveled to Getaway House last weekend. I’ll have a blog post up soon about our stay.
