The Best Places in Dallas to Grab a Drink

Summer is upon us and you know what that means…patio weather and pool days ahead. I am here to break down some of my favorite spots as of late to grab a drink + food in Dallas.

El Bolero – Fitzhugh Location

Four words — House Margarita with Tajin. My friend Letty (@fashionablylateboymom) introduced me to this drink and I never want to have a margarita without tajin again. Also, the patio is goals!

The Henry – Downtown

If you go here you have to sit on the rooftop patio! It is gorgeous and the perfect spot for a cute photo. The apps on the rooftop are also really yummy. The nachos and pot-stickers are a must.

Jose – Lovers & Inwood

Another, great patio and margarita spot! I am also a huge fan of their shrimp cocktail! Both the inside and outside of the restaurant are beautiful and perfect for photos.

Sixty Vines – Plano or Uptown

Another favorite spot that we go to constantly. I am in love with their wine menu! And who doesn’t love a good mimosa bar on the weekends. It is one of the better ones that I have seen too! Lots of options to chose from as far as mixers and fruit.

Legacy Food Hall – Frisco

Technically, this isn’t in Dallas, but in Frisco. However, I couldn’t write this post without including Legacy Food Hall/Legacy West in general. There are so many cute spots in this area that I just had to include it. Plus, they just started a brand new mimosa bar. You can get the most EPIC build your own mimosa bar for just $11! Seriously…I’ll be traveling out to the burbs more often now.

The Staler – Downtown

Looking for the ultimate rooftop bar/pool? The Staler is where you need to go! They have views upon views. I mean just look at the photo above!!

Hotel ZaZa – Uptown

Did someone say Espresso Martini?! If you haven’t yet jumped on the bandwagon of the Espresso Martini then I highly suggest you try one. Hotel ZaZa is where we usually head after brunch for a little pick me up. I wasn’t a fan until my friend Jac (@teachingandlaundry) introduced me to them.

Jalisco – Norte – Oak Lawn

This is a new find for me! My friends and I met there for dinner on Monday and I am already ready to go back! The food was really yummy and the drinks were just as good. The atmosphere is beautiful…perfect to grab a drink, dinner and a good photo for Instagram.

    1. LOL – I am so glad you loved the post! When I was writing it I was feeling the same way except for it was 7am! A little too early! LOL
