Winter is coming to a close, but I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to keep your glow during the colder months and right on into Spring/Summer. I am very pale, thanks to my Dad, but even more so during the winter. And there are a couple of things that I like to incorporate into my routine. As well as, skincare I like to use to keep my skin glowing all year round.
Keep reading to see how I keep my skin healthy and glowing all year.

Spray Tan
I recently, within the last year, started spray tanning at Hush Hush Tan. I was a total newbie and wrote a whole blog post on it if you are interested. I have been getting a spray tan every month or so this winter. It is perfect to just give you that extra little boost. I don’t know about you, but when I am tan I feel more confident.
Spray tanning is also a great option if you have a special event coming up. It is a really easy process and can be done in about 30 minutes. Read my full post if you are thinking about getting a spray tan for the first time. I break down all the details.

Tanning Drops
In between spray tans I have been using tanning drops mixed in with my moisturizer. I saw Lauren Kay Sims use them and wanted to give them a try for myself. So far, I am loving the results. These tanning drops seem to always go out of stock, so if you can’t get them now be sure to check back. I went for the shade medium and it gives me a nice natural glow.

Skincare + Makeup
Here are a couple of items that I starting using this winter that have been keeping my skin glowing.
- Tula Moisturizer / Face Wash – I recently shared a review of both of these products, so I won’t bore you again. But, check out this post to see why I am loving these products.
- Tula Instabright Face Mask – I love this face mask so much! It is seriously the best mask to make your skin instantly look brighter and more healthy. They have finally come back in stock. So, I would purchase these right away. They come in a pack of 4 for $26!
- Joyme Essentials Combo – These two products were kindly sent to me in a PR package this past month. I have been using them both day/night and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. They also help reduce the signs of aging. I will be writing a review on these two products at the end of the month. But, so far I am really loving them.
- L’Oreal Highlighter Palette – This palette has been in my makeup collection ever since I received it in a PR package. If you are looking for a blinding highlight this is not it, but it is perfect for me because it gives that subtle glow that I want.

cute & little
Love this spray tan! It looks SO natural. I’ve gotten spray tans a few times over the years but I should try them again!
Great tips! I think I lucked out genetically in this department because when I tan, I stay tan for way longer than most people I know. Interestingly, as a Korean-American, I used to get teased by my family because they prefer paler skin!
Ever since I tried self-tanner at home, I have been obsessed! It’s nice knowing I am not getting sun damage.
That dress is so cute. I love the boots too. Super chic outfit.
