Setting the Bar Higher with [Solidcore]

One of my goals (a continuation from last year), is to continue my workout journey with [Solidcore]. I completed 50 sessions at Solidcore in 2018 and want to crush my 100th session this year. You all know I love my [Solidcore] family and of course the workout. It has been instrumental in changing my body for the better. I am stronger, feel better and overall just love the results! I don’t think I can say enough good things about what this workout has done for me.

I used to be the type to flip flop around and not stick to a workout routine. But, now I have consistently been working out 2-3 times a week. I think a lot of my dedication has to do with the fact that I am getting older and I want to stay healthy. Also, it helps that the staff at the Dallas [Solidcore] are so nice! I have found myself wanting to go workout because I know I’ll get to see my favorite coach!

[Solidcore] is about setting your goals and keeping them. After 50 classes, I moved up to a heavier spring load and boy oh boy did that make a difference! Even this past workout they had everyone add extra weight, just to show you that even though you think you aren’t capable of doing more you totally are! You can crush your goals…you just have to continue to push past the point where you “think” you can’t do it anymore. That has been the toughest part for me!

I mean you can even see the progression in my workout wear! I went from totally covering up my body to actually feeling confident in a cropped sports bra. Don’t get me wrong, I am still a little self conscious about the way I look, but overall I feel a lot better about my body and what I see when I look in the mirror. It’s all about balance!

I am still working on eating healthier. This is a hard one for me. I want to be able to eat whatever I want and not have to worry about it. AND…I need to find a way to start eating more at home. Brian works out of town most weeks, so I tend to eat out more because it’s just me. This is NOT good for me! I always want to stop and get tacos after work. 🙂 Anyone have a good blog or posts that they can share to help with eating healthier! I would love all the help I can get!

Thank you so much for reading! xo, Nataly

  1. You go, girl! I need the motivation to get back into consistent workouts. It’s so hard with a chronic illness to keep fit.

  2. Yass!! Sounds like a great way to start the year! I like working out but the diet es where I get stuck hahaha Thanks for sharing.
