DanceBody Workout

This post is in collaboration with DanceBody. All my thoughts and opinions expressed are truly my own.

About DanceBody

If you have been following me on Instagram, then you saw that I attended my first DanceBody workout a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I have added this workout to my weekly routine. It is an at home workout that you can stream through your TV. I have been enjoying doing it weekly now for the past two weeks. DanceBody is described as a cardio, toning, and coordination workout.

I am not the most coordinated person when it comes to dancing and I am by no means a dancer, but I do enjoy the up beat dance moves to music that I love. You don’t have to have any prior dance experience to do this workout. It makes you feel great afterwards too! I might bust out some of these dance moves next time I’m on the dance floor. (LOL) The key to this workout is to just keep moving. And I try not to worry about making sure all the dance moves are correct. It does take time to really pick up the dance moves, but don’t worry they have video options that breakdown the whole dance step by step.

When I got a chance to workout with the DanceBody girls in person they were so sweet! They have such positive attitudes and they even took the time to chat with me. If you are interested in checking out more about DanceBody click here or follow them on Instagram. They post quite a bit on stories and in their profile.

If you are located in the New York or Miami they have studios where you can attend class in person (lucky you!). I am still trying to talk them into coming to Dallas! This workout class would do so well in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Workout Look

I shared these leggings a couple of weeks ago. It’s safe to say that I have worn them probably twice a week since purchasing them. They have been worth the investment in my opinion. I paired them with one of my favorite Nike Hoodies and a camo sports bra that I recently picked up from Target. I haven’t purchased a whole lot of active wear from Target before, but this bra was too cute to pass up. I love the print and the style. Keeps the girls in place too.

My pink shoes are several years old, but I linked a couple of similar pairs below.

Thanks so much for stopping by! xo, Nataly
