[Solidcore] Workout

For the past two months, I have been trying a new workout called [Solidcore]. It is similar to Pilates, but with a twist. It is described as “50 minutes of high intensity, low impact, slow & controlled movements on their reformer.” It is honestly unlike any workout I have ever done. Instead of doing the movements fast, you are encouraged to go so slow that you feel like you are barely moving. But, trust me those slow movements are killer. You can feel your muscles screaming. They say in class, that if you can do more 3 reps at a time without stopping for a break, you are doing it all wrong.

I have taken about 6 classes now and I can say that this is one of my favorite workouts to date. It is something that I feel like targets all the areas I am interested in improving and makes me feel good afterwards. I have taken Pilates for 4 years now and this has replaced my normal Pilates routine. It is that good.

There are several [Solidcore] studios all around the states. Check here if there is one in your area. And if you are in Dallas, join me for this amazing workout for free! Enter the code: beautifullyelegant at checkout and you will get your first class on me! It is hard, but worth the results!
