Crochet Peasant Top

Happy Wednesday babes! Having a serious type A personality over here, when I noticed that one of my pant legs was rolled up I almost didn’t even want to post these photos! I mean, seriously, my husband and I both didn’t notice?! But, sometimes we aren’t perfect and THAT IS OKAY! It is really hard for me to accept that, but I am slowly learning that not everything has to be perfect. We live a life online where it looks like everything is sunshine and rainbows all the time and the reality is…it isn’t! I try my best to be really transparent about my life, to an extent, and show you all the real side of me! The fun side, the one that doesn’t always look put together 100% of the time. Because let’s be real, I don’t wake up in the morning and look anything like this. I wear minimal makeup and sometimes don’t even do my hair.

I hope my personality shines through when I write these posts! I want them to feel like you are sitting down with your friend just chatting about life. I try to include little tid-bits of my weeks and weekends to make them feel more personal. Sometimes, this blog feels like a diary where I get to share the most exciting parts of my life with you all!

THE OUTFIT:

I picked up this top from Target and fell in love with it. I love the lace and crochet details. I usually don’t gravitate towards this color, but I really love it looked when I tried it on. As you will see soon, I have been adding a couple of pink pieces to my closet. I decided to keep this look classic, by pairing it with my studded heels (under $60) and denim.

I am currently wearing this top for work and I love it. I paired it with simple black pants and flats. It is a great versatile piece for work or play.
