My Current Work Out Routine

6:49:00 AM

Today, I wanted to share my workout as of late. I shared my update a couple of weeks ago and I am happy to say that I am sticking to my routine! I take a 20 minute walk/climb stairs during this morning at work and then when I get home I do a workout video on YouTube. My favorite channel right now is Tone It Up. They have so many great workouts to help tone your whole body. I do anywhere from 1-2 videos at least 4 times a week. I usually skip one day during the week and don't do it on the weekends because I do Pilates on Saturday mornings.

Here is a helpful guide that I have been following:

I can honestly tell a little bit of a difference in the way that my body looks. I feel better too! I am still not totally eating healthy, but I am doing better than I was. I did cut back on my caffeine intake. I try to stick to at least 3-4 cups a week. That is the best I can possibly do! I just can't stop!

I picked up this outfit from Nordstrom Rack a couple weekends ago. I love shopping there for workout pieces. They are quite a bit less, price wise, which is budget friendly and they have some great items! I found these mesh cropped leggings and I fell in love. I have been looking for a pair similar to these and when I spotted them at under $40, I knew they were coming home with me. I decided to also pick up this grey hoodie which will be great for workout or casual wear.

I hope you all found this helpful! Thank you so much for reading! xo, Nataly

  9. It's so nice to hear that you are seeing results from TIU! I have been going soul cycle-style spin since October, and although I feel great, I don't feel like I have seen results in the areas that I want to (thighs, stomach). I decided to start TIU this morning actually so this came at the perfect time!
