Beautifully Elegant's Birthday!

8:48:00 AM

Today is the day, one year ago, that I re-started my blog. I wanted to write a little reflection post about how amazing this past year has been, not only for my blog, but for me. I started this blog thinking that I would just share my passion with the world and now it has grown into a full blown dream. Even though my following is still small on some scale it is growing quickly and quite honestly I love just being able to share my fashion, beauty favorites, travel adventures, and food posts with everyone!

I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing people and great brands this past year that wouldn't have been possible without you all following along and reading! I am finally starting to feel like I can really make a career of writing this blog! Honestly, that is a little bit of a scary thought, but I am so excited to see what this next year of blogging has in store. I want to encourage anyone out there who thinks that their dreams will never come true...they truly can...you can do anything if you put your effort, energy and time into it. There have been several times over this past year where I was discouraged or didn't think that it was worth it to continue, but I am so glad I did (with the push of my hubby). Just because things get tough doesn't mean you should give up on your dreams! A quote that my dear uncle loved to say was "Never, Never, Never Give Up - Winston Churchill". This has actually had quite an impact on me in the 2 years he has been gone. I have my uncles obituary hanging on my fridge, as a little reminder that he is always watching over me. This quote has never really meant much to me until after I started blogging again.

I hope that this post and my blog might give inspiration to you, so please keep following your dreams no matter what they may be. Thank you for being a part of my story.

xo, Nataly
