Silk Print Scarf

This weekend we traveled to visit Brian's parents in East Texas. It was a nice break from Dallas. We haven't been out there since Christmas, so this was a much needed get-a-way for the both of us. We have been working so much lately that we haven't had much time to breath, let alone take a weekend trip. I always enjoy visiting with his family and seeing his mother's boutique store in town. I literally can't leave her store without buying something. If you live in or around Winnsboro, Texas go check it out. It is a store you would find in a big city. They have everything from home wares to clothes. There is even a men's section!

I picked up this Johnny Was Silk Scarf while in Clara Ida Frances. I am so glad I did because it was the perfect addition for the colder weather we had this weekend. It will also be a great transition piece for the warmer weather. I paired it with a more casual outfit, but it can easily be dressed up with a skirt and heels.

Thank you for stopping by, xo
