Grilled Ribs

This is one of my all time favorite meals that my husband makes. The ribs are cooked to perfection and taste wonderful! I highly recommend trying this recipe at home. 

INGREDIENTS: 
  1. Pork Baby Back Ribs 
  2. Any mustard & vinegar based Carolina BBQ Sauce
  3. Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place ribs in pan with meaty side up. Cover pan with foil; make sure the foil is tightly wrapped around the pan. 
  3. Put ribs in pre-heated oven for 20 mins. then reduce the temperature to 300 degress and continue to cook for 1 hour and 40 minutes. 
  4. Heat charcoal grill for 20 minutes before removing ribs from the oven (gas grill will work too)
  5. Remove ribs from the oven and brush with olive oil
  6. Place ribs on hot grill to give char-marks only
  7. Remove the ribs and brush with Carolina BBQ Sauce 
  8. Enjoy!
