I thought I would share my current favorite workouts and clothing that I am loving. I typically workout 3-4 times a week. Trust me there are some weeks that I don't get around to working out at all. But, I do my best to at least get 30 minutes in 3-4 times a week. There are some days that my hubby and I go on a walk around our neighborhood too, depending on the weather.

I have been loving Pilates for years, but just found my favorite Pilates Studio. It is called Pilates Methodology in Uptown. My aunt and I take a class from there once or twice a week. I think it is moderately priced, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I defiantly recommend Pilates to anyone who is wanting to build some strength and balance.

My other current favorite workout is the ToneItUp Workout series. I was interested in trying this workout after hearing multiple YouTubers talk about how wonderful they were. Plus, I was looking for an exercise routine that would help me tone up my body. This is defiantly a harder workout, but worth it in the long run. I always feel energized and refreshed after I finish a workout.
