2017 Gift Guide for Him

Happy Friday babes! I am back with another gift guide. This time we are talking about gifts for him. Remember you can shop all my gift guide items in one place by clicking on the 'Christmas Tab'.

It can be a struggle to shop for him sometimes. So, I enlisted the help of Brian for this guide. There is a little bit of everything here, so whether you are shopping for Dad or your husband, I've got you covered! Some of Brian's favorites from above is this Ryobi Drill (I got this for him a couple of Christmas' ago and he uses it all the time), The Nest Thermostat (we have both been wanting this for our home), and this Weber grill. And one of my favorites of this list is this cozy pullover. I have one in my size (XS) and love it so much! It is the perfect gift for him or her.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Thank you so much for stopping by! xo, Nataly

Sweater Dress + Over the Knee Boots

This was another top contender for my Thanksgiving outfit. Mainly because it is like wearing an oversized sweatshirt and I don't like to be constricted when eating all that yummy food. It is loose and oh so comfortable! I paired it with my brown over the knee boots to make it a little less casual.

I picked this dress up from VICI. I recently discovered this online shop and I am obsessed! It is not often that I find a shop that I like everything they have to offer. There are so many items on there that I am looking to purchased as we speak, including these suede leggings and this cozy cardigan.

What to Wear to Thanksgiving

I can't believe we are only a week away from Thanksgiving. Brian and I will be headed to East Texas to spend the holiday with his family. I always struggle to find the perfect outfit for our time at the ranch because most of the time I don't even wear jeans. But, this year I decided I wanted to dress up a little, but still look casual.

Comfort is key when thinking about a good Thanksgiving outfit, especially if you are traveling between multiple locations. This henley tee from VICI is just that...comfortable and cute. And since it tends to be a little colder out in East Texas I will most likely be wearing a cozy scarf with this look.

These leopard booties are the star of this outfit. They immediately elevate the look! I have been wanting a pair of leopard booties and I finally found a pair that I liked. These are from Steve Madden. I went with my normal size 7 and they fit perfectly. They are also relatively comfortable to walk and wear for a long period of time.

Tips on Finding Bargain

I am a huge fan of finding a bargain. Lately, I have been on a roll with finding some designer pieces for a lot less money. I thought I would share some of my tips on how to find what you are looking for. This is not an AD, just wanted to share some tips! And, if you are like me and wanting that Rebecca Minkoff clutch, but don't want to spend the money, I am here to help!

My favorite place to find a good bargain is either Poshmark or eBay. I have in mind what I am looking for and then I go on the hunt. Most of the time I don't find what I am looking for right away. But, there have been other times I have looked and immediately found what I wanted. Most recently, I have been looking for Karen Walker Number One Sunglasses. I didn't want to pay nearly $300 for a pair of glasses, so I went to Poshmark and eBay. I finally found a pair in good condition for the price I was willing to pay. I have also purchased several handbags on Poshmark as well as eBay. Several of them I have styled on this blog including my Rebecca Minkoff Leo Clutch.

1. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT - It is always a good idea to know exactly what you are looking for. In the case of designer items when buying online it can be a little tricky. So make sure you are paying attention to the photos. Also, keep an eye out for fakes.

2. BE WILLING TO WAIT - Sometimes, you have to wait a while to find exactly what you are looking for. Either someone hasn't put the exact item you want up for sale, or you missed out because someone purchased it before you did.

3. LOOK AT THE SELLER'S FEEDBACK & SHIPPING TIME - I always take into account the seller and what kind of feedback they have received. If they take too long to ship or the item described arrived differently then expected, I'll pass and keep looking. There is nothing worse than buying an item and it arrives in horrible condition or not what you expected.

4. FIND A GOOD DUPE - I recently picked up this faux Gucci belt on Amazon and couldn't be happier with it. Although, buying a dupe sometimes doesn't work out, I haven't had a bad experience yet. This is a great way to save a lot of money, or to make sure you really like the item before spending a lot of money on the real thing.

Camo Sweater

As I discussed a while ago (here), I was going to start cutting back my posting schedule from 5 days a week to 3 days, but with the holidays coming up and all the content that I want to share I have had to push that back until the beginning of next year. So, I will still be sharing posts Monday through Friday until the end of the year! 😍

I have to say that I was surprised that I liked this camo sweater. I love camo on other people, but struggle to like it when I wear it. But, this sweater from H&M changed my mind. I decided to pair it with white denim and my brown over the knee boots for a little bit more of an unexpected look.I can't wait to wear this look again for date night or even a casual girls night.

Are you a fan of camo?  Thank you so much for stopping by! xo, Nataly
